STANLEY M. VASILIADIS is a Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA) as accredited by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. No other attorney in the Lehigh Valley has attained this distinction. His firm represents clients throughout eastern Pennsylvania, primarily in connection with long-term care planning, trusts and estate administration, and estate planning. His practice also includes litigation on behalf of elderly and incapacitated persons in state and federal court, including successful representation in the landmark case, Mertz v. Houstoun, 115 F. Supp. 2d 415 (E.D. Pa. 2001). A graduate of Lehigh University, Attorney Vasiliadis received his law degree from Temple University in 1974. His affiliations include membership in the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the Elder Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, serving on its Board of Directors. In the field of elder law, Attorney Vasiliadis has been repeatedly selected as one of Pennsylvania’s Super Lawyers (2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008). He is a frequent speaker on elder law and estate planning issues, lecturing on behalf of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and before various other professional and civic organizations, including local bar associations, societies of public and certified public accountants, bank trust departments, and insurance companies. Attorney Vasiliadis has also authored numerous articles on the topic of elder law and estate planning for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute. His past legal experience includes service as a Major in the United States Army, Judge Advocate General Corps, and, in private practice, as a criminal and civil trial attorney in state and federal court. Locally, Attorney Vasiliadis has served as member, director, and officer of various civic and charitable organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce, YMCA, Rotary, and Visual Impairment and Blindness Services of Northampton County, Inc.

DIONYSIOS C. (Dennis) PAPPAS, practices in the areas of Elder Law and Trust & Estate planning and administration. Mr. Pappas is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. A graduate of the Temple University Beasley School of Law (J.D. 2004), he received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Temple University (B.A. 2001, magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, Pi Sigma Alpha) with a specialization in Political Economy and minors in History (Phi Alpha Theta) and Economics. While attending law school, he served an internship in 2003 as a law clerk to the Honorable George Koudelis, Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, 32nd Judicial District for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He frequently lectures and contributes articles to professional and community organizations on issues concerning Elder Law, Trust & Estate planning and administration, and Veterans benefits. An avid sports fan, his is especially fond of the professional Philadelphia teams (Eagles, Phillies, Sixers, Flyers).
